About Massimo Giardina
Graduated in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan with a thesis in Banking. In the professional field, he has accumulated managerial experience in Italy and in the United States up to holding positions of General Manager and as member of the boards of directors in companies with an international vocation. Since 2006 he has been appointed as a teaching assistant in Corporate Financing and since 2009 he has been appointed as an adjunct professor for the same teaching at the Catholic University of Milan. In the year. 2009/10 he was assistant professor of Banking and, the following years, he received teaching assignments at the Catholic University for the following courses: Corporate Finance, Economics and Management of Financial Companies, Banking, Financial Market, Credit and Banking. Thanks to the accumulated professional experience, he has developed issues related to Corporate Banking/Finance. He is a professor for the Banking/Finance areas of Cetif Academy (Master School of Catholic University) and he has been a professor of various Masters and Higher Education Courses of the Catholic University; particularly, he held the positions of Scientific and Course Coordinator in various courses. He is currently a founding partner of BMP Consulting: an Italian consultancy company belonging to the HLB Brocca, Maletta & Partners where he is the Supervisor of the Corporate Finance Team. Since 2013 he is a journalist and has written numerous articles in important national newspapers and periodicals.
